SHAREYAARNOW App and Website Usage Agreement between SHAREYAARNOW and the User:-

1. Use of this platform constitutes agreement with the following terms and conditions.
2. The information posted on the App and website are for informational purposes only. Those who may choose to access the App or website (the "Users") do so at their own risk. The views expressed in any of the events posted are not necessarily those of SHAREYAARNOW.
3. SHAREYAARNOW makes no warranty or guarantee about the accuracy of the information posted and Users are asked to confirm details with the event organisers and Users should undertake all necessary due diligence before entering into any agreements or transactions with third parties.
4. SHAREYAARNOW is not in any way whatsoever responsible for the organisation or conduct of any event posted on the SHAREYAARNOW App or website.
5. Permission to use this App does not include any resale or commercial use of this App or website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this App or website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This App and website or any portion of this App or website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
6. You must not use the App or website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the App or website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. Users understand that they and not SHAREYAARNOW, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the App and website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the App or website for any of the following:
   1. For fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity
   2. To send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing; or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or objectionable; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any "spam"
   3. To cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety
7. Some of the content in the App or website may contain references to content from third parties for which copyright must be honoured.
8. Other conditions for Users on SHAREYAARNOW:
   1. Events/posts must not be misleading, fraudulent or deceptive.
   2. Events/posts must not impersonate or falsely represent a brand, entity or public figure. Event/post is being used to express support for or interest in a brand, entity or public figure, it must make clear in the name or description that it is not an official representation.
   3. Events/posts must not facilitate or promote online gambling, online real money, games of skill or online lotteries without our prior written permission.
   4. Events/posts must not inaccurately include content or encourage users to inaccurately include content. Events/posts must not incentivise people to misuse SHAREYAARNOW features or functionality.
   5. Events/posts must not promote drug and alcohol addiction treatment centres that are misleading, engaging in practices that are harmful to patients or otherwise violating applicable laws.
   6. If you use SHAREYAARNOW to communicate or administer a promotion (e.g. a contest or sweepstakes), you are responsible for the lawful operation of that promotion, including: the official rules; offer terms and eligibility requirements (e.g. age and residency restrictions); and Compliance with applicable rules and regulations governing the promotion and all prizes offered (e.g. registration and obtaining necessary regulatory approvals). Promotions on SHAREYAARNOW must include the following: A complete release of SHAREYAARNOW by each entrant or participant; and Acknowledgement that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with SHAREYAARNOW. SHAREYAARNOW will not assist you in the administration of your promotion, and if you use our service, you agree to administer your promotion at your own risk.
   7. If you collect content and information directly from users, your Event/post must make it clear that you (and not SHAREYAARNOW) are collecting it, and must provide notice about and obtain user consent for your use of the content and information that you collect. Regardless of how you obtain content and information from users, you are responsible for securing all necessary permissions to reuse their content and information. Your event/post must not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access SHAREYAARNOW, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders or scrapers) without written permission from SHAREYAARNOW. Your event/post cannot use information obtained from a person's interaction with your events/posts’ call-to-action for any purpose other than to provide the service associated with the call-to-action. If you want to use this information for any other purpose, first obtain a person's explicit consent.
   8. Your event/post image must not include a verified checkmark, and also must not include third-party products, brands or sponsors.
   9. Events/posts must not promote the sale of prescription pharmaceuticals.
   10. You must restrict access by age as necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
   11. When sharing a third-party link from your event/post, you must not edit any elements of the post preview. Event/post title changes must not result in a misleading or unintended connection and must not substantially change the event/post’s subject matter.
   12. Events/posts promoting the sale of regulated goods or services must comply with applicable laws.
   13. You must not accept anything of value to drive traffic to an app or site that engages in traffic arbitrage, or one that contains a disproportionate volume of ads relative to content, or content that is highly sexual, shocking, clickbait or promotes scams.
   14. Branded content must comply with applicable laws.
   15. Your event/post must include all necessary disclosures to people using SHAREYAARNOW, such as any disclosures needed to indicate the commercial nature of content posted by you.
   16. Job events/posts must not promote employment opportunities that are misleading, deceptive or fraudulent. Job events/posts must not promote employment opportunities that involve illegal activity, products or services. Job events/posts must not unlawfully discriminate against applicants based on any protected characteristics, including, but not limited to, race, ethnicity, colour, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, disability, medical or genetic condition or any other basis protected under federal, state or local law. Job posts must comply with all applicable laws prohibiting discrimination. Job events/posts must not promote employment opportunities in a sexually suggestive manner. Job events/posts must not promote employment opportunities that require adult services or use of adult products. Job events/posts must not solicit personal identification or financial information from any potential applicants. Job events/posts must clearly and fully describe the product or business model that it is promoting. Job posts must not promote employment opportunities for business models that offer quick compensation for little investment, including multi-level marketing opportunities. Job events/posts must not impersonate a brand, company, entity or public figure. This includes falsely representing an association with a business. Job events/posts must not promote employment opportunities that involve illegal or recreational drugs, products and services. Job events/posts must not contain profanity or bad grammar and punctuation. Symbols, numbers and letters must be used properly without the intention of circumventing our review process and enforcement systems.
   17. Events/posts cannot use automated means to generate event invites.
   18. Events/posts must provide clear and up-front disclosure for any actions or additional costs associated with an event ticket purchase.
   19. Changes to an event/post must not result in a misleading or unintended connection and must not substantially change the event.
   20. Users are solely responsible for the content they post. Users who post events are solely responsible for the conduct and organisation of the event
9. We prohibit promotion of the following:
   1. Illegal products or services
   2. Tobacco products, vaporisers, electronic cigarettes or any other products that simulate smoking
   3. Drugs and drug-related products, including illegal, prescription or recreational drugs
   4. Unsafe supplements
   5. Weapons, ammunition or explosives
   6. Adult products or services, except for family planning and contraception
   7. Payday loans, payslip advances and bail bonds
   8. Multilevel marketing
   9. Initial coin offerings, binary options or contract for difference trading
   10. Political, religious or social issues or crises in an exploitative manner for commercial purposes
   11. Regional lotteries
   12. Negative portrayal of voting or census participation and/or advising users not to vote or participate in a census
10. The User may not modify the content found in the App or website (unless they have posted the content) without the prior written permission of SHAREYAARNOW.
11. Users must be aged 18 years and over.
12. We also can remove or restrict access to your account, content, services or information if we determine that doing so is reasonably necessary to avoid or mitigate adverse legal, reputation or regulatory impacts to SHAREYAARNOW.
13. You, the user, are solely responsible for what you post. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
14. SHAREYAARNOW will not be responsible for any problems arising due to the User’s connection to the Internet. Also, the Users access to the App or website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
15. Force Majeure – SHAREYAARNOW shall not be in breach if they are prevented from carrying out any of their obligations because of circumstances beyond their control. This includes circumstances where this App or website is affected due to computer viruses or outages of the App/website hosting facility. We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
16. Content is available for Information purposes only. SHAREYAARNOW reserves the right to use content posted by Users for marketing purposes.
17. When you create or upload content on ShareYaarNow, you grant us a royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, display, copy, or create derivative works of that content (although you retain ownership rights).
18. Information and content on this site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SHAREYAARNOW makes every effort to ensure, but does not guarantee, the accuracy or completeness of the content on App or website. Our goal is to keep the content timely and accurate. If errors are brought to our attention, we will try to correct them.
19. SHAREYAARNOW may add, change, improve, or update the content of the App or website without notice. SHAREYAARNOW reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue part of this App or website. Under no circumstances shall SHAREYAARNOW be liable for any loss, damage, liability or expense suffered which is claimed to result from use of this site, including without limitation, any fault, error, omission, interruption or delay. Use of this App and website are at User's sole risk.
20. Information and content contained in this App or website does not imply the expression of any opinion whatsoever on the part of SHAREYAARNOW. The views and opinions expressed in any material are the author’s own and the facts are as reported by him/her which have been verified to the extent possible, and SHAREYAARNOW is not in any way liable for the same. Although every effort has been made to contact copyright holders and obtain permission, it may not have been possible to do so in all cases. Any omissions brought to our notice will be incorporated in any future editions of the material concerned.
21. The mention of specific companies or certain products does not imply that they are endorsed or recommended by SHAREYAARNOW in preference to others of a similar nature that are not mentioned.
22. We make every effort to minimise disruption caused by technical errors. However, some data or information on our app or website may have been created or structured in files or formats which are not error-free and we cannot guarantee that our service will not be interrupted or otherwise affected by such problems. SHAREYAARNOW accepts no responsibility with regards to such problems (failure of performance, computer virus, communication line failure, alteration of content, etc.) incurred as a result of using this site or any link to external sites.
23. If this App or website contains message or communication facilities, the User shall not do any of the following:
    1. Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;
    2. Publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material;
    3. Upload or attach files that contain software of other material protected by intellectual property laws
    4. Upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer;
    5. Upload, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available unsolicited advertising of any goods or services, or conduct or forward surveys, contests, "spam" or chain letters; etc.
24. User specifically acknowledges and agrees that SHAREYAARNOW is not liable for any conduct of any other User, including, but not limited to, the types of conduct listed above.
25. This App and website may contain advice, opinions and statements from external Web sites. Hyperlinks to non-SHAREYAARNOW Internet sites do not imply any official endorsement of or responsibility for the opinions, ideas, data or products presented at these locations or guarantee the validity of the information provided. The sole purpose of links to other sites is to indicate further information available on related topics.
26. SHAREYAARNOW reserves the right to deny at its sole discretion any User access to this App or website or any portion thereof without notice.
27. For App and website security purpose and to ensure that this App and website remain available to all users, this App and website employ software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorised attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage and to detect other possible security breaches.
28. A User who maintains an external Web site may not include hyperlinks to the SHAREYAARNOW App or website or to any of its pages on that external site, without the prior written permission of SHAREYAARNOW.
29. Because SHAREYAARNOW lists several events on the App and website, it is not possible for us to be aware of the contents of each of the events listed. Accordingly, SHAREYAARNOW operates on a "notice and takedown" basis. If you believe that any content on, or advertised for sale on, the App or website contains a defamatory statement, please notify us immediately in writing and not by telephone or email. SHAREYAARNOW will make all reasonable endeavours to remove the defamatory content complained about within a reasonable time.

All content included on the App and website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of SHAREYAARNOW, its affiliates or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and database right laws. The compilation of all content on this App and website is the exclusive property of SHAREYAARNOW and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and database right laws. All software used on this App and website is the property of SHAREYAARNOW or our software suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. Users may not systematically extract and/or re-utilise parts of the contents of the App or website without the express written consent of SHAREYAARNOW. In particular, Users may not utilise any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilisation of any substantial parts of this App or website, without the express written consent of SHAREYAARNOW. Users also may not create and/or publish their own database that features substantial (e.g. our prices and product listings) parts of this website without the express written consent of SHAREYAARNOW.
31. When you visit the App or website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the App or website. SHAREYAARNOW will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, howsoever caused (whether arising out of any negligence or breach of this Agreement or otherwise), even if that loss or damage was foreseeable by, or the possibility of it was brought to the attention of SHAREYAARNOW.
36. Without limiting the preceding paragraph, the liability of SHAREYAARNOW under this Agreement (whether arising in negligence or otherwise) will not under any circumstances exceed an amount equal to the sums paid or payable by you in the transaction(s) to which such liability relates, regardless of the cause or form of action.
37. You agree to indemnify SHAREYAARNOW against all liabilities, claims or expenses that may arise from any breach of this Agreement by you or through your use of the App or website or through your registration on the App or website.
38. SHAREYAARNOW reserves the right to assign or subcontract any or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement. If we exercise this right we shall name the assignee or subcontractor on the main screen and you will be entitled to terminate this Agreement immediately. You may not, without the written consent of SHAREYAARNOW, assign or dispose of this Agreement.
39. SHAREYAARNOW is a company based in England. English law shall govern the purchase of all Materials/content and content, and the conduct of Users of the site and disputes arising out of improper usage of SHAREYAARNOW App or website.
40. By using the App or website you agree to the terms of this Agreement and you re-affirm that Agreement every time you use the App or website.
